You need to show her that you care. && You need to explain your situation better.

your gf is pregnant you are 20 years old? are you studying? there is no way you can support a child while studying
ok now ontopic: a pregnant woman is very hard to deal with since they are always bitchy...well not bitchy more like emotional to anything...you just need to keep up with it XD

back off and let her deal with her thoughts, but let her know that you care and will be there for her when she's ready, then when she needs you she'll come to you

well thats what i would want if that happened to me

Do you blame her? You probably ruined her life. At the age of 20 (if she is not younger than you) she has to abandon studies and any plan she had until now. Sorry for sounding so aggressive but man, people that rushing up like that really piss me off. I know many people that they got engaged at their 20s but leaving her pregnant was just wrong even if you had planned it.
Surely now that her hormones are off the roof she will get depressed seeing the course that her life took just when a persons actual life begins (university, first real job, living on your own etc)

Shes got alot on her shoulders. Like I said tell her shes beautiful and that you'll stand by her. Silently you should proberly show her that you'll be with her no matter what. Women are really quite terrorfied about the prospect of their man leaving them all alone with a kid.

the fact you just screwed your life over with an extra responsability doesnt change is very simple i dont think you now at the age of 20 have a very good pay and steady work neither does she.
