it's ok.. i guess for a first it's not bad... but it looks like you made a BG then just slapped a render on and smudged it a bit. I would suggest looking at some tutorials, they are a great way to learn more techniques. what program do you use to make your sigs?

eh go get some tuts, read them learn from em and youll get better dont feel like you always need to follow em tho deviate and get your own style going
