Hi there,

I face problems while openning some japanese visual novels. I already use applocale, however I can't open some of the games and gives me the error, as you can see below.

I am not sure what that error is but to me it looks like you have a language issue that is what I see.. You have not selected Language properly

follow these steps..

1-Uninstall the game (Restart your PC if necessary)
2-Install game again..
2-Install Applocale (If already install then no need)
4-Change Regional Language Settings to Japaese or if not then update your windows and install Japanese Chinese & Korean Language Packs.. (This may be huge)
Step number 4 is not necessary if you are using Windows 7 as you have said but still install language for proper support.

4-Run the application Applocale and locate the executable file for that game.---------> a] on Language select : Select the last language as your default language and click Next to execute the file..
Example.

Note: Some games can be run without change of regional language.. It means you can simply run these games by going through Applocale, however some games require Complete Language settings change to East Asian or Japanese.. and when you change ur regional language setting from US English to Japanese it might ask for restart... So restart your PC...Also Try mount the GAME CD DVD as well

Hope it helps and solve your problem..
