I'm surprised I haven't seen any threads concerning the upcoming anime film adaptation of the manga yet. For those who don't already know, they're planning on releasing three full lengthed CG/Animated films this year to cover the Golden Age Arc of the manga (that would be around 10 volumes if I remember correctly). They're finally planning on adapting the entire manga unlike what they did with that 24 episode cliffhanger back in the 90's.

Is any group fansubbing this yet? I mean, jesus. This is quite literally epic (not the stupid LOLZ EPIC of the internet, legitimately an epic sage) and I don't think it's getting the attention it deserves.

It seems the movie has been shown in Japan already but I'm not sure. The problem for us westerners now is to wait for the Blu-ray/DVD release which I suspect to be at least another year.

Oh , it's been screened since February the 4th , its release date . Blu-ray/DVD release of the first one is scheduled for June 23rd , I believe . On the same day the second film will begin screening . ^ ^
So stock up on patience ! As Berserk fans you should be very used to it .

Yes , they are . In the anime major characters like Puck and Skull Knight were omitted . In the films pretty much everything will be covered .

F yeah! I love it when good anime is made...I haven't even seen it yet but I know, I KNOW! Oh God its going to be glorious! Did someone say something about jizzing their pants because literally, I jizz in my pants....I just ate a grape.

Overall, the first part was pretty awesome. The animation looked very nice. Only disappointment is the length of the movie. Not much happened there.
What about the second part? Couldnt find any information about it...
