Still learning, so criticism and advices are very welcome ;)

If you could leave some reps when using the images below, I'd appreciate it ;)

I keep the name order as "First name" then "Last name" when the name is not written in Katakana.

There are original characters (not drawn by me) here too.
I am putting them here because they have anime style of drawing.

For the name "Ancelis Sacred", I translated アンセリス=セイクリッド roughly, so it may not be how the author spells.

Mini version of HQ no.1
Just putting it here to follow the rule.

@Yaiishi:
Thank you for the comment Yaiishi :D
@Player_:
I'm glad you liked the image choices ^^

Indeed I do have problems with hair strands, especially the tip and the thin strands of about 1-2 pixel >.<
At the start I only roughly cut out the hair strands, then cut off as much as I can excluding the tips and the 1-2 pixel ones.
I then put a black/red back ground (most of the time. it's situational like you said), and I use the eraser tool in brush mode to remove the blurry background that is still left there, but that doesn't remove everything properly =/

I haven't figured out how to perfectly render those parts. If you or someone could tell me how, I really appreciate it. It'll improve my rendering by miles >.<

Thanks for the advices Player_. I'll keep trying to find a way to successfully render images ;)
@LastUser:
haha thanks ;) Though cutting is all I've done. Person who have drawn the original pictures are far more amazing >.<

Nice and Clean!

Love the type of images you choose to render.

Only advice I can give to you is to take your time when you are doing the end
stands of hair that is the only area where I see your render need work other than that they look good. ^_^

#1
Tips of the hair. Your cutting too deep on the end stands.
Make sure to go over your render when your done and find the places where you cut
too deep. If you took too many steps and you can't go back try cutting it from an
area before you went too deep and try to get it smooth. It doesn't have to be perfect.

#2
Looks good.

#3
Looks Good as well.
Missed a little spot between a split in her hair.
Try using different color backgrounds to make sure you got everything.
Dark one are usually the best try a few different shades.

#4
The end stands on this one needs work.
Try just cutting the bits that just don't look right off but make sure it still flows smoothly.

Well I hope that helped you some way or another.
Hope to see more!
