Ello, i'm a "DiabloII: Lord of Destruction" player and I was wondering if ne1 here on Ninonomaru play online of Battle.net D2 servers. I play online on D2LOD myself and i'm just wondering ^.^
I play on the "US-East" Server.

lol, yea but only from lvl 20-25 in normal cows, then they do Baal Minion runs from 25-45, then Baal Minion Nightmare runs to lvl 70, then after that do Baal Minion Hell Runs to 99. That's the strategy to lvlup fast in D2Lod now. lol in 3 days got my Zon to lvl 75 so far, lol.

i'm suprised they still call it the "Secret Cow Level" even tho it's not a secret anymore, lol.

Edit: Also if you start a Ladder character, u can start prety fresh, lol there was a ladder reset and all ladder characters were moved to non-ladder, and the new ladder characters have to start from the begining

actually money can be a big help when it comes to training ur character *especially doing Baal Minion Runs, lol* Buying a mercinary, and if u have good equp on them it costs more to revive them if they die, and also buying potions for training also can be pretty expensive in-game also.

only people I feel sorry for is thoes who pay real money for ultimate/super perfect with extra added effect items from thoes item buy places, just to lose them durring the next "Rust storm"

Note: "Rust storm" is the DiabloII server skill if wiping clean all hacked/duped items.

lol. when i played no one did baal runs at all. it was just get someone's help to finish hell mode as soon as possible and storm to lvl 99 in cow lvl. money was also worthless then. everything revolved around trading SOJ or OCCY or other rare equips.

and have you seen a game called DugeonSiege?? its got a chicken lvl in it. what will pplz think of next

that was back when diablo2 was in like V1.09 *which was the most fun*
When they went to V.10 things got a lil more difficult, like u have to be lvl 20+ to do do Ancients in Act 5 Normal *u have to go through Ancients before Baal* then lvl 40 for nightmare, and 60 for hell difficulty. Becasue of that, the game got a lil more complicated for people to level, so instead of doing cow games all the time, people dtated doing baal minion runs, which EXP is gained a whole lot faster, There are some people who still do cow games, but they lvl a whole lot slower, lol.
about the SOJs, people stopped using them for main trading, lol the numbers of them dwindled down, because of the "Rust storm" erasing many of the hacked/duped items *many still get hacked/duped tho still today*. People right now use high level runes for their trading *like zod, vex, ohm, ber, and jah* for trading for godly items.

lol I made a JavaZon 4 days ago, and using a lvlup strategy, it's up to lvl 78 *quick ain't it, lol*

The strategy is.
Step 1: Level up normally *normal training* up to lvl 20 in normal *don't go to nightmare yet*
Step 2: when lvl 20, go to cow games in normal and leach all the exp u can til lvl 25.
Step 3: at lvl 25, finish ancients in normal, and do baal minion run til lvl 40-45 in normal.
Step 4: Finish off baal in normal, and go to nightmare.
Step 5: Get a rush from some1 all the way through nightmare ancients in act 5, but don't defeat baal yet.
Step 6: Go on Nightmare Baal Minion runs til lvl 70 *not as long as u thing u gain exp fast, like 1-2 lvls per nightmare baal minion runs.*
Step 7: Defeat Baal in nightmare, and go to hell. *I know bad pun, lol*
Step 8: get a rush all the way through hell, and continue Baal minion runs all u want from 70-99

to put it simply.
01->20: Normal training.
20->25: Normal cows
25->40-45: Normal Baal Minion Runs
45->70: Nightmare Baal Minion Runs
70->99: Hell Baal Minion Runs

Another thing, is go to as many freebie games as u can, sometimes u can get very lucky and get some godly items from people ^.^

enigma?...thats so old what the hell are you smoking? and meh...bots are bots, sure is a hell of alot easier then spending 50 hours doing baal runs, or MF runs, insted I could be out with my friends and come home rich :)

as for bots, they don't compare to the real game play, becasue bots on baal runs can only do so much, and + even if it picks up items, they can only fill up so much, and many a good item gets wasted, also what if the bot dies while on the run, hell difficulty on baal runs are very random on monsters, and a lot of the time, they are even difficult for even lvl 99 characters. Actually no, bots arn't legit, if found out, accounts can be frozen, and yes they can detect botting being done, becasue bots send packet files which are detectable, and if used often, that char wil be gone along with a possible CD Key banning also. 3rd pary programs are not allowed by blizard, and they have a strict policy against them. beside, is botting really neccisary, lol, getting all the stuff u said is easy, within 30 minutes of making a new character, there are way to get expensive items for that character like right away, lol. also if u get in hell difficulty, lots of people trade high runes for 3 socketed armors, and things like 4 socketed flails for them making their runewords. striking it rich in-game isn't that difficult. also bots trading items with eachother when one get's full isn't a good thing either, becasue sometimes auto-joining a game can't be done, and u get "Failed to join game" messages. also there is high risk that the game may close on it's own, and then all that work is gone. muling manually is the best way to do it, u need to get a friend u trust to help u mule. I help people mule their items and they help me when i need to mule items also so I have no problems when it comes to that. taking the easy way out on games by botting and such, takes the fun out of it.
What i ment by hacked characters/items, i ment using a trainer to edit ur items/character to what u want through a hero editor. If ur wanting to do that, stick with singleplayer/openbattle.net. on there they don't care if you bot or not.
I'm not a PvP person myself in-game, i'm 100% PvM. I don't like attacking actual players.

Yes Packets can be detected by blizard server, one of my friends when i lived back in burlington iowa, was playing DiabloII:LoD on his computer with bot prog, and all of a sudden there was a disconnection from server. When he tried to log back in, it stated that his CD Key had been banned, so don't say it isn't possible. They detect bots by the packets that are sent to the server, there is an id# in the pickets that can be detected by the blizard server.

it may be old, but after awhile there are updates which make the game more interesting
