Yes, its FINALLY OUT! After many waits and delays, the game I personally have been looking forward to for the longest time is finally out (as of two days ago :-p). My first impressions are this: its a definite successor to the first SSB, my favorite. The controls are tough to get used to (if you're using the wiimote and nunchuck), but after you get used to them, the game is a total blast. There's about a billion game modes, but the new good one is the Subspace Emissary mode. Its a single-player campaign in which you must rescue several allies turned into statues.
It's an amazing game :-D. Has anyone else paid some coin to get your hands on this masterpiece? Thoughts?

i must say it does look pretty amazing
i've played smash since n64 and i really enjoy playing link
but i've grown up with sega and sonic is one of my favorite games
i'm really excited to see how well his speed will play in smash

Just played yesterday and I have to say I'm impressed. The graphics are clean and smooth and the game play is smooth like silk. It was definitely worth the wait and my favorite new characters to use are Meta Knight and Lucario. Oh, the final smashes are sweeeeeeeeet. I approve. :em001:

So far, and ive only been playing for 2 days, i think ike is the best. he is slow, not as slow as ganondorf but slow. but it dosent take many hits to send your opponent flying out of the ring. but hes probably best for my playing style because when my friends use him they die instantly.

well ive played A LOT since Sunday. I was even at a turney, lost but oh well.
This is the best SSB so fab and Lucario is the best:wohoho:

i like a lot of the new chars... meta knight and Pit are fun cuz of the spamable moves... but my fav so far is Wolf.... they actually changed his moves up a bit, so it's not an EXACT copy of his 2 pals... and i just love his howl taunt....

Although it's a hassle to read in japanese, because the japanese version came out earlier I've had a good amount of time to play Brawl. I love how characters fit certain fighting styles, and it's fun to try them all. I like Snake's and R.O.B. fighting styles because they're so awkward, but the awkward styles can be the most rewarding (R.O.B.'s spinning top ftw).

so far what i like the most is the mosses island scenario (you don't know wich Metal Gear is going to appear behin that wall!!!)

i'm actually starting to like ike now.. wolf and captain falcon are still my fav's though... but damn are Ike's moves powerful... it's like he puts everything he has into them, with a vengence... Ike only does EXTREME!!! rofl...

Best of all the series but the problem is that I've already found out ways to totally own the percentage out of my opponents in an infinite stun to death on a flat terrain.
Competitions are gonna suck this time around if abused.

I never liked playing in competitions since i love to play the games with all the worlds and items, i don't care if there a luck factor as long as it's fun, i mean if i want to play a game competition style, i would play something like street fighter

Brawl is the best game ever. My favorite characters are Luigi and Diddy Kong. l like how story mode is co-op. But there is one character I don't like and he is Ike

yeah, but his smash taunts are hilarious! Go to Shadow Moses and smash taunt with Luigi, Ike, Dedede, Jigglypuff, Snake, Falco, Cpt. Falcon,Pikachu, Pokemon Trainer, and Kirby.
On second thought, do these guys first, then do everyone else.

lol wut? learn to beat pit. I've beaten so many people who think they are the sh*t with him. How? Dodge and smash attack.
My favorite characters are Ike, Zelda/Sheik, Pokemon Trainer, Lucario, and Samus/Zero Suit.

snake is an awesome character he can get off almost any situation he got range attacks,close range and a variety of surprise attacks he hit insanly hard and a awesone recovery plus he got great charisma.

Best game for wii. I dont have a wii. But once i played it and got freakin super addicted to it. So yea it a awesome game.

I think the best thing in this game is being able to build your own stage. I mean, you can make things totally interesting that way.
I can work with any character except for Peach, Jigglypuff and Yoshi, but I prefer any character with a sword with an exception of Lucario and Wolf.

Ike is the best! I used to use Kirby because of his ability to fly but he's too weak.

Awesome game, however i feel that final smashes have wrecked some aspect of SSB
Just get ur final smash and its auto-win, even if ur on 300% and the other guy is on 20%

the game is fun, and definitely more balanced, sadly though it feels more like a kids party game then a fighter like Melee was...not to mention the wi-fi play is just terrible, and tripping is just downright annoying...but overall it's still good clean fun ^^

not all boss battles .. I did those on very hard,
Lucario/zelda FTW (ike is cool aswell)
Ha I play as King Dedede :) Not many people know what to do when they see you online, i'm like the only one ;D
