Meeting one may not be that hard, go to a big convention and there most probably will be a hot girl around. Buuut... then you'll have to hit on her, that's where the real problems begin. xD

On a serious note. A lot of girls play games and watch anime , they just don't run around with a sign over their heads saying that they do.

I think the term "gamer" can be applied to boy and girl who loves to play video game. Girl gamer sounds kinda...sexist to me since this term refers to a girl who just want to play girly games and doesn't even want to play other games outside of their view such as RTS and FPS genre.

But yeah you can't stereotype a gamer based on gender . It's like saying every guy gamer out there is good, which imo is not true . The not-so-good guy gamers out there are the ones who created the "noob society" .

Back to topic at hand, I have actually lost to one girl at Dissidia lol . Only won twice in a string of 6 . But hell, I pwn her at MW so :P

One reason I believe it is hard to meet girl gamers on X-Box LIVE is probably the ridicule girl gamers get on LIVE. Although I can't judge since I don't have one. I usually prefer survival Horror games. I also like some RPG games like the Shin Megami Tensei Persona series.
