Melty Blood Re.ACT: Final Tuned Or Melty Blood: Act Cadenza Ver B?

I have a question concerning these 2...

Melty Blood: Act Cadenza Ver B has 22 characters while Melty Blood Re.ACT: Final Tuned has only 19 but which one is the upgraded version? and if Final Re.ACT is the upgraded, then howcome it has only 19 chars as opposed to 22?

Melty Blood is the original game. Re Act is it's upgrade. Final Tune is a patch. Act Cadenza is like a re-release.

If You want to play Melty Blood's story mode (and get to know it's story, of course) I suggest You play with Melty Blood (Re Act Final Tuned). (Tough I'm not really sure about this. Maybe it's only in the basic Melty Blood.)

If You just want to play a good fighting game play with Melty Blood Act Cadenza Version B.
