I'm looking for more "Horror" or "gore" or any that fits those description.

Parasyte . Old manga, quite gory . But more to sci-fi since it involves aliens .
Gantz . Just gore in rawest form (probably)

I already started gantz, the first chapter were good, now it just turned into a regular action manga.

Basilisk, Mermaid Saga (including the older versions; Mermaid's Scar, Forest, and Gaze) along with anything by

Seconding any Junji Ito. That man is a monster. There's also King of Thorn, and Doubt. Mangafox has a ton of horror manga to choose from if you do an advanced search and select only the genre.

Read some Franken Fran.
World's greatest doctor creates second greatest doc Fran and goes on zany adventures with her patients.
Insanely great art, interesting concepts each chapter, dat gore and is also very funny.
Its mostly just self contained one shots which would occasionally have it's theme explored further in another chapter but with great fun in each.
