it is simple like i mentioned in the title what kind of genre you like and what kind of characters you like most to see in manga.
and finally what need you see more in manga?.
for example the genre y like it is: acction,ecchi,seinen and shonen. the kind of characters y liked is tsundre and naive in girls. and what y need see more y dont know xD.

Manga genres that I like: Shoujo/ shoujo-ai, Shounen/ Shounen-ai, Yaoi, Seinen and Josei.

And there can be comedy, fantasy, drama, action, gender bender and romance elements. ^-^

Characters should be funny or well drawn and biased I don't like too simply stories that have no depth in them. ^-^

I would like to see more couples like seme- older or around the same age as the ... you know what I forgot

before, I was sticked up to shoujo and shounen. EventuaLLy, I woke up and saw the wonderfuL worLd of YAOI! yay! ^^ I aLso LOve josei, and any romance manga with adventure/fantasy/gender-bender/supernaturaL. I think I read most of the genre there is. though I focus on shoujo/shounen/yaoi/josei for now.

I want to see more sadistic seme. =p

and for aLL the mangas that i'LL read, I want a better storyLine than the others. and better art is a pLus too!

uhm.. some of my favorite manga though are somewhat tragic >< although they're not categorized as that,..?

..im a read-all-you-can-in-a-day sort of reader.. so i normally choose illustrations that are good? well, i think theyre all good.. but i prefer them to be cute pleasant ...in a sense, not tiring to the eyes..

i think tsundere female characters are cute...funny at times? uhm.. i like silent types as well^^

I used to read shoujo, but not anymore.

Seinen, with some good comedy in it is a great plus too. I like shounen too, but that's just on an occasional day. The thing with seinen is(imo), most of them have great art and a story with depth.

Well, it's a bit hard. But i really enjoy Yaoi/Yuri, Comedy, Ecchi, Fantasy, Shounen, Supernatural, Sci-Fi, Romance, Shoujo..... I don't know. I really don't know.

I pretty much read everything and anything ^^ But the genre that tops my list is Yaoi and everything Yaoi/BL/Shounen-ai ♥ followed by Horror, Psychological, Supernatural, Fantasy, Adventure and Romance.

I don' particularly pick a type of character I want to have in a story. Art style draws me in so if a character looks nice, chances are I'd read the manga. But even if the character don't look as nice, if the story seems good, I'll read it.

Supernatural. Sci-fi, Adventure, Shounen-ai, Yaoi, Horror, and Fantasy mostly.

psychological and horror are kinda far from the genres shoujo and supernatural but i like it~ x3

Yaoi, romantic-comedy, and sometimes psychological :)
What I try to avoid most of the time are manga that ends in tragedy :(
