i dont know about you but for me the speed of the site is perfectly normal right now, but it was slowly indeed, maybe they were updating something at the time....

we're moving hopefully this friday or saturday, the server we are on right now can't handle this site anymore.. and moving isn't easy. I can't move right now because I have so many exams and other personal stuff. I barely took a look at this site, this week.

lol, for me, it takes around 30 seconds to 1 minute for some pages to load *sometimes longer*
I dunno why it's super slow for me tho, lol

This site can't no longer be on a virtual private server, it needs a dedicate which is what we needed, i have stated that before and no one helped, nor with donation. It costs 300/month for a dedicate which i can't afford at all so I will see what i can do this friday or saturday.

oh ok, I didn't know it was set on a Virtual Private Server, that explains everything. I understand about the costs, and I know it's a pain... There are way too many leachers, and not enough active members to help out with donations...

yeah me too, i can barely afford this internet connection, and i live alone, and whats more ive to try to save some money (dunno how...) to pay for my books for uni and tutory...

Ouch I'm really sorry Arika I didn't mean to complain.. I didn't realise it was such a trouble to manage a website like this.
A friend of mine his forums went down because he went over the bandwidth limit for a free forums hoster. How he has to pay up to about $30 AU a month and rising to keep it up. Hes thinking about abandoning it.
What ever the choice I'm sure the forums will come out better then ever. There are alot of options out there. But Arika sis you shouldn't keep us in the dark with the forums, we need to know whats going on, I'm sure everyone agrees here.
Anyway try and stay calm and remember that the site will be up no matter what YOU come first, then Uni then the Site... or whatever.
