So theres positive and negative...

So wtf is with the Neutral Reputation, because I have alot of reputation coming in as Neutral.. or "a grey box"

How come its not just positive. If people click, "I approve of this post" then it should be positive shouldn't it ?

thats cuz ppl doesnt have enough reputation to give you, thats the case with newbies, even if you receive 100 approve clicks from a newbie it wouldnt change your actual rep, so a newbie cant give you rep since they dont have any rep to begin with....

They are just users with default reps, meaning they didn't receive enough reps so their rep power can at least be worth 1 point when they rep someone, no wonder many users love to ask members with high rep power because they know his/her rep power are higher! =3

So i count them reps in term of their thanking you but they aren't worth any points because they didn't upload anything, so they didn't receive any rep point.

How's your Rep power??

-----------------------------

If a user tries to disprove you however, the points negated will be cut in half of the ordinary rep power....
Example:

If you have 10 rep power and disprove another user with 0 rep, the user will be negated to 5 rep...

My rep power is 3. And I have 41 points.

Does this mean if I Positively or Negatively rep someone, their total reputation will go up/down by 3?

you go to user cp (control pannel), go below and when you see that the threads youre submitted is finish, there will be something below saying latest reputation received, and the rep youve in total....

Or you can click home which is to the far left of the USER CP button at the top bar here on the forums. Then you scroll to the right and it will show your rep power.
