well, maybe she'll kiss you after noticing how incredibly shy you are.

she does like you right? is she in a relationship atm? have you confessed to her yet? it's cuter to do so before trying to kiss her.

i'd say ask her out to a movie after studying; i recommend watching one in your/her room (might make it easier to be <3 romantic <3 since you're shy, no onlookers.) movies are always fun

Well before you start having movie time in your room make sure she at least feels somewhat attracted to you otherwise your not going to get a very nice ending. I personally just tell her of your situation and what your feeling, but I bet slayden or some of the other guys would have some better moves.

Just be honest. It's not too hard to kiss, walk up to a mirror and press your lips up against it, but don't do it too hard.
All you have to do with her is the same thing, you can move on to heavy pashing and tounge sucking afterwards, which believe me is as good as it sounds :D

Kissing is hard to teach because it takes quite a bit of passion and experience. I was greatful that my first kiss was with a girl that hadn't had a better kisser then me, and still hasn't. (It was my first kiss, so yeah I was pretty damn good for my first and even better now).

When you think about it, you should be in a relationship first and its always romantic if the guy makes the first move. Don't be shy or embarrassed and if you mess up you can have a giggle about it afterwards.

But in all seriousness, it all depends on the MOOD of the situation. You can't just randomly kiss out of the blue, then she'll probably be like WTF? and you might even get a high five on teh face. Every gurl is different, but the main thing is to know for a fact that she likes you. Then you can proceed to the next phase. Set the mood up for the kiss.......(possible scenarios) study close to her.......like right next to her. Make some kind of physical contact to see how she reacts.......you can tell if she likes it or not. If she doesn't say or do anything, its a good sign to keep going forward. Gurls like to be rub and caress, start with the arms and back. Slowly move your head and play towards her shoulders like your leaning on to her. Whisper some words in their ears........tease her by soft nibbles on her neck and such. If you gotten this far, its green light for go. And if all in doubt, you can always whisper in her ear, is it alrite if i kiss you. As corny as that sounds, it works....... (Try at your own RISK) and good luck.

if you two know eachother for a period of time, it wouldn't to start off by asking her out as a friend. dont believe those stereotypic crap about how good friends cant be lovers because it aint true. if you understand her better and supports her thoroughly, she'll soon realise your determination for her and ofcourse, your love for her. After that, just take it one step at a time. ask her out more, spend more time with her, n finally you gotta muster all your courage up to make an confession. :)
