what would it be?
and you might want to say whose(someone famous ?) organ you'd replace it with. Dunno... put a picture or something..
me, my nose... It got hit numerous times, and didn't get broken for once... once it does, I'ma get it fixed. it ACHES!
and also , it's not very well shaped as well :)
this , I think would look better instead

I'm not posting pictures, but I'd like a more heart-shaped face. Mine is too...square. It'd look much more feminine. =/

What i would change... its practically what everybody would want, like, nicer body, with some muscles on it... but i wouldn't change my appearance... im good with that.

The pic works fine for me. But...
SailorRi, you want her skin tone? Or the zebra stripes? LOL! I'm kinda lost here, especially with the look that woman has on her face.
As for my own appearance, I would like some more muscles, but I wouldn't change my looks. I'm not posting pictures though. You'll be seeing my face on YouTube soon enough.
