has anyone seen this anime? there's already a second season same title but add kai to the end. it's really confusing and full of gore. heh...so anyone else seen it?

kai has been done for quite awhile. i liked the first season but the second got gay IMO.

they were both good (the 2nd one because of hauu) but the first one wa the best speed wise. IT WAS being dubbed until Geneon went under, now my box is not complete T_T. But, yes this series is AWESOMEEEE

Honestly I really liked this series. I thought both seasons were really good. I heard that there was going to be another season but I dont know how they would pull that off since the second season pretty much ended everything.

Lol, this is where my username came from. I liked both seasons but the people who have played the original games said that a LOT was missing from the anime series. I'm going to play the games later to see how much they left out...

They're most likely to do Saikoroshi-hen which is... Rika waking up in a "perfect" world and going crazy but it ends up being a dream. This is the chapter which is most likely to be put in the 3rd season because of how Kai ended. (Miyo's parents didn't die so she didn't learn about Hinamizawa Syndrome.)

Is the insane Rika arc from the games or is it from the novel that came with the DVD orders? How many PS2-only arcs are there?
I just hope they don't descend into further attempts at being a cute moe comedy anime instead of having more of the action and mystery that lead so many into Higurashi in the first place.
