college hasn't kicked in full swing still, so i need something to help kill time
oh, and if you see nothing you like post an idea and i'll consider it if i have it
coz I like RPG, strategy, adventure, I suggest elder scroll oblivion+expansions
I think the Elders Scrolls games offer the most fun and gametime. Start with Morrowind and then play with Oblivion. ^^ Or Half-life 2 after Morrowind for a change of pace and then Oblivion.

i think broodwar is great and the game play is cool but if u want play it LAN, for more experience because if u play with computer all time u get bored and never be the best player!

i suck at broodwar lan
i have friends who go toe to toe with the koreans on our floor
>_>
i only ever win when we play group games and my teammate(s) protect me
that option was more to just go through the story mode, which i haven't done yet in Broodwar (i'd need the SC single player to warm up first)

You dont really have to play Morrowind in order to get the story of Oblivion, but Morrowind is a really good game so play both ^^

i dunno ur preference...but i go for rpg. morrowind and oblivion are good. keep in mind that although both games took place in the elder scrolls world the gameplay and skills are different. skills in morrowind is more...specific. but not in oblivion.
diablo is good too, but better if u play on lan or internet

Jesus Christ on a rubber crutch...that's the most stacked list of games I've ever seen.
I just beat the Orange Box, so I'd say go with half-life 2 + episodes. Or better yet, get your hands on Portal. That's an all but guaranteed four hours of fun...kinda short, but its mad fun.
Broodwar single player is good too...too much on your list to make a good choice.

i wouldn't say it's that stacked, unless you mean no one would pick the GCN
i picked from what i brought to college, which is good stuff
when i got the orange box the first thing i did was play through portal
i'm in Ravenhelm (i think?) in HL2

haha no, I meant the GCN too. I've seen eternal darkness, and its an amazing game from start to finish. The story is really good...I just meant stacked that there are so many good choices on that list, its tough to start.
Yeah, Ravenholm is pretty long and drawn-out, but after you get past that part, it starts to get a lot better. Just wait until the last level...its absolutely amazing. The Episodes are really good too...the gravity gun is my second fav. video game weapon of all time...behind the portal gun.

oh
i think i'll play HL 2 and Oblivion (both of which i need to play past a little bit into it) at the same time
it'll suck a bit with Oblivion having jump and action backwards (at least Morrowind does, so i'll assume Oblivion does too)
thanks for the votes and input everyone

I voted for Diablo2, because it´s a cool Game that never gets boring if you play with Friends. Even if it lacks on good Graphics, you always hunt for better Equipment and Skill Points...very addicting^^
But i only play it on Battle.Net together with my Girlfriend. She loves it too. Imho, it gets boring fast if you play it alone or on Singleplayer.

Ok, Personally I love Wrestling/Fighting games ^^
My suggestions are:
Well, you have a GCN, so, you must play Soul Calibur II.
If you like wrestling (WWE) I recommend WWE Day of Reckoning 2

OK... for FPS
You must love 007 NightFire ^^

And if you like RPGs you must HAVE Tales of Symphony and Final Fantasy Chrystal Chronicles ^^

i like your logic (read: i have the game), but if i'm gonna play a Soul Calibur game i'll play 3 on someone else's PS2...
i've half played ToS
i got a good bit into the first disk, then something grabbed my attention away...
I tried starting it with a friend here (i have to restart RPGs, as I forget the plot a lot of the time) but Winter Break kinda killed our playthrough
sadly school's starting to pick up, so the most time i get is like a hour every couple days
