Yeah well i was searching for something to watch and i stumbled upon a nice picture so yeah i was just wondering if she was from an Anime or something (ignore the lines the picture was embedded into the background and i didn't have access to get the picture of background alone so yeah...)

It's an overhauled version of Hime from "Kaibutsu Oujo".
