Too good to end?

It has happened to me quite often. When you watch something you thought was so good that it makes you sad to see it end. After that, you feel like you will never see something as good ever again.

I can't exactly recall all of them, but one that I had felt really strongly about was NHK ni Youkoso! I wasn't very seriously when I first started it, but it was just so brilliant and dramatic.

oh yeah...a bunch of series like that come to mind. The Melancholy of Haruhi Suzumiya (before I knew there was a second season), and I'm going to be like that with Ouran Highschool Host Club, I just know it...

Currently, I'm getting that feeling from True Tears.
I know it's going to be 13 episodes, but after episode 6, I don't want it to end anytime soon :/

when i was getting close to the end of ouran..i started to get this sad sad feeling

cause i know that kira's gonna lose and die in the end

definitely Zero No Tsukaima, after seeing the first season i was already addicted, then the second came and i felt sooo bad when it ended :'( but... there is an third season in the making!!! Yaai!!

every time...i'm a manga reader but yeh when i finish a series i get so depressed i lash out at every1 lol...its kinda sad..like suzuka i really hated the manga ending (anime series is crap i have watched it and i didn't like it at all)...shuldn't have ended like that but i still wanted more lol...Also i don't ever want Naruto to end T_T oh man that wuld be the absolute end of anime/manga for me...lol...i think it really depends on the types of endings like if it is a really really good ending then it wuldn't matter as much....i really like katsu's ending, so if some1 wanted to try that and tell me if i'm just wierd ^^

For me, the first one that hit me hard was Cowboy Bebop, and that was my first real anime that I got into. I shed a tear at the end.
But right now the only series that I don't want to see end is Ah My Goddess. I just finished the 2nd seson, and I want more, I don't want it to end. As soon as I'm off of this I'm gonna get all depressed and what not. I hope they have a 3rd season. I really do.

Haruhi Suzumiya hasnt ended and wont be soon i think. There's new chapters coming out already.

There's one anime series that have the most messed up ending, n that's GetBackers. If you've seen the ending, you'd be goddam sure that they'll come out with a second season...... guess not -.-

I hate to see school rumble ending tho, wish they make year 3 or something

The first season of Haruhi, Clannad isn't done yet but it feels done because of the two week wait for a new episode. Uhhh..... I wish they'd make a new true DragonBall. Samurai Champloo is one of my favorites. I was sad to see that one end. Eureka Seven I really liked but the ending left me not puzzled but I just had an odd feeling when it was over. I wish School Days never took a turn for the worst.

Too good to end... I feel that often in the animes I watched because of the ff. It was so good, the anime only aired about 12-15 episodes, things are already getting interesting/it's near the conclusion then the show just leave the story unfinished, or the story was rushed in the last episodes. In anime with comedy with harem romance, I feel this the most especially when the character you like didn't end up with the lead character. I felt this especially in Kanon(remake) because he lost a friend who sacrified her life just to be with her in human form for a short while and what happened to him in the past. I also want to watch more of Melancholy of Haruhi Suzumiya. You will know why after you watched it.

I just finished claymore, and yes, there needs to be MORE of it. It's a kick-ass series in all aspects, and I fully expect it to continue.
Also, now that I think about it, Berserk ended way too fast and suddenly...there were funding issues or something like that, but that anime was amazing 100%, and I miss it .

I can't count how many times this has happened to me. Most animes stop way before the manga does so...it's kinda like wth? Anyway a few of the ones that made me sad to see them end were Whistle, Inuyasha, Over Drive, Furikabutte, Princess Princess, and Air Gear 'cuz I couldn't remember all the other ones I've watched.

and when I watched Beck: Mongolian Chop Squad(dub) the last scene of episode 25 was just tear-jerking:imc:
everything turned out happy in the end, but I still miss the continuation of the series,and I just can't get into the manga, its probably because of the art & illustration, for some reason it really bothers me

Eh, I've pretty much accepted that anime will deteriorate as the seasons get added on. So I have turned the desire for continuance into searching for other stuff the developer made.

A lot of stuff I've watched makes me feel like that, but like autumnsgrace, I've sort of accepted that anime won't be as good if they keep making more seasons... and sometimes the 2nd+ seasons don't make much sense.

i have watched a lot of series and i don't really remember the number, but of all the series i have watched, there are many that have a final that make you think that there is continue, but unfortunatelly not for every series they make a continue and this is really so sad............................................

I really wished that Cowboy Bebop would never end, but Watanabe sure made it end with style. There have been all to many series I wished would not end.. but the ones that always go past a certain amount of episodes just turn the series in to crap!

this series really my favorite, the story makes me wanna cry, i'm moved to tears when seeing some of the arc, plus the ending
but on the other side, i'm sad that, this series was end (it's not like clannad who continue in after story), cause i wanna see more T_T

There were some anime that made me sad seeing the end like Onizuka - yeah this anime was too great to end!
Blood + , i really wanted to see more , what will happend between Saya an dHagi [if there's something ] and those cut little girls
