I dont think i have ever seen ny anime characters with red hair n green hair clip like that. I think its random anime girls. There are so many renders now, its very hard to tell.

These type of question is too hard to answer coz in Japan, many art of ecchi girls are drawn almost everyday so this seems abit too random. I guess there will be no one knowing the girl unless he/she had saw her somewhere ( maybe cant remember even if saw her before)

I believe this just to be some random ecchi drawing, not of a specific character from any anime/hentai. Also it's probably not even the original since I do not see any signature or watermark left by the creator (unless he wanted it like that).
