Help with an MKV video file?

Whenever I try to open a video in VLC Media Player I click on Video, then Video Track and "Track 1" But nothing pops up. I can hear the sounds, but can't see anything.

Anyone know how to fix this? Or reccomend another media player for MKV format files?

I suggest Media Player Classic which comes with the CCCP codec pack best ^.^
I watch, AVI, MKV, OGM, RM, RMVP, etc... on MPC with no problems

I only use VLC, is the vid doesn't work on MPC, lol wort case scenareo ^.^
