Mmmm... a little too simple. I think you could have had the text flow with the angled bars for a nice effect. Work on depth a bit and you'll be fine.

I like the color scheme but the rectangle things are annoying IMO in fact I just don't like those things :S.... also it seems a bit too simplistic

the text ruins the flow of the sig and maybe brush in some line around ichigo to give the sig a bit more flow. simple is good. and add something to the left empty side.
