When women have their period, they get mood swings. Oh I just realised they might not be at the same time. When are the mood swings in relation to your period?

But with the homonal changes, is this also the time when you get the most pleasure from sex? If not, then the day before your period? Or 2 days before?

And do you plan anything for this time, like "On the 27th, I'm gonna stay at home and masturbate 5 times."

The second question is that since you know that you're having your period, are you able to realise that you are making rash decisions, and control your mood swings?

The best thing is to be around a female on her period,maybe your lady in particular. All women act differently during their special time of the month.

i don't have mood swings during my period, i'm just really irritable (because of the cramps) and whacked on aspirin (cramps hurt) and i make sure my bf knows it.

on the second half of the first question, i don't like sex or masturbation during my period.
