I'd like to thank him because he was pretty honest with me, not everyone who realize this , told me but him. I had some wrong configuration in the usergroup so people who actually had 20 post or more can see the whole render gallery, it first causes issues with the site because the gallery isn't a light modification, it is a heavy one and it eats both a lot of bandwidth and queries. That is why I limited, to either access it by having 3500 posts or subscribe to it or try winning the contests that provide them as the prize.
So he was pretty honest and pmed me that he can view the whole gallery, and I've fixed the issue now. As of me thanking him because he wasn't only honest but also saves the trouble for the server of reaching max queries more often than we already have.
I've gave him gallery access as a thanks back. So thank him if you see him around!
