How do I cure a sickness quickly... (lol...)

My girlfriend is comming over tomorrow at about midday... and I'm sick at the moment. I walked a couple of Kilometers without wearing a shirt and I overheated... so now my nose is runny and my head is foggy... I'm also sneezing heaps and using all the tissues..
The weather isn't really helping because its sorta warm and humid as well so is there anyway to cure this quickly? Any witch brews or 'grandmas' secret way for curing colds... or whatever this is... I feel horrible... I need to get better before she comes over I haven't seen her in months and I don't want to make her sick or her be turned off from anything because I'm unwell :twirly:

well take chicken soup, or take something spicy like chicken curry but not to hot, eat some vitamin C,
go to bed and make sure you are warm and not cold or it will not go away.

It's best to eat what your body want and get some nice rest.

My personal method is : fapping -> eat until full -> sleep.

Always work when I need fast healing. ^^

Take lots of vitamin C rest as much as you can. For a cheep fix take a one Tylenol PM so then it keep the fever down and fight the pain so you can go on for a few hours but dont push your luck.
