if an anime is obvious genre of yaoi or yuri, i dont watch them.
if an anime have a hint of yuri, i can still deal with them if they have good story or action.
but if an anime have a bit of yaoi, i definitely lost my appetite for the anime and just ditch them away.

well, to be honest i don't really like both of them, but if i'm being force to chose, maybe i'll chose yuri instead of yaoi (well, i'm still a healthy and a normal boy after all) :onsen:

It wouldn't be fair to consider insult the art form of yaoi. You have to take in both perspectives and judge them thereafter. Reason being for me to vouch for Yuri is not just because I am a guy, its because the girls tend to have certain admirable traits about them that make them enjoyable. Per say, the dominant girl sometimes ends up being a tomboyish person who incites any "special events" if you know what I mean...however, turns out to actually be a very cute person in that they too can become a very submissive person.

Yuri and yaoi are gay love series, but they might have diffirent levels on em, it might be a crush of a boy, or just plain manly/womanly love towards each other.

I was thinking if you are going to compare yaoi and yuri then isn;t it better to use BL [boys love] instead of Yaoi. i mean Yaoi is focused on the physical interactions among men and yuri is focused on romantic life among girls so it is more likely to [girls love].
