I've been trying to backup a dvd of mine and I've used three different programs to burn an image of it and all of them have failed. I've used dvdshrink, it came up with a data cyclic redundancy check or something when I began to analyze it, and then dvdfab, which froze, and alcohol 120, which froze as well. Anyone have any suggestions? :41: Obviously it is protected but I don't know of any other programs to use or if I am doing something wrong...

Have you try DVD Decrypter? Try clean your disc, might be because of scratch. If you have more than 1 DVD player or DVD burner, try rip on the other drive. Try isobuster and ignore all error.

You might want to look into sly soft products. [Only registered and activated users can see links] So now you might want to go and give that a try. ^^

likewise! i would appreciate to know the method you used to recover your disc. thanks.
by the way, i use CDCHECK with bad crc discs.
works great, but it takes a V-E-R-Y long time to finish recovering DVDs.
