Y does my internet suck game !

ok so.....i saw ther allot of games here and i dont care if you post i just wanted to tell every 1 ....y i hate ma net ! :1: .
1-They freakin made me buy a new net board because they sayd it was my fault the net wasant workin..well guess what..it wasant !!:sic:
2-after 2 weeks in witch just 3 days i was able to download stuff (anime) they suspended my account...reason ? they didant need a reason >.< they just wanted to do it .:JFBQ00197070418B:
3-this happened today my net didant work and they made me go around town for 2 hours searchin for a damn building..i get there..they send me in another place after i talk with em(screamin yellin punching) they say they fixed my net.. i come home..no net !!!! after 10 min off talkin with em on the phone they tell me they will change my ip they did that ..and guess what im on the net with the old ip :destroy:

1 - It's usually there fault, And if they can't help you solve the issue if it's on your end, It's there shitty IT's fault.

2 - Do you have bandwith limits? If you do thats probably why they suspended your connection.

3 - Why in the hell would you have to go to there building?

Like blue says its mostly there fault. Like when My friend got AT&T DSL he had issues. Like one of the dang filters was bad so he couldnt log on. I tested each one of them and I found the bad filter so I called and asked them to send out a tech. They told me "That if its not the filter that they will charge us 100 USD for them to send out the tech plus whatever more as needed to fix the issue. When the tech showed up I handed him the filter and told him to get me a new one. He did just that and it worked flawlessly. Well two months down the road he kept getting logged in and out. Turns out the modem they gave us went south as well. So they gave me the same thing "You'll have to pay... blah blah blah, if its not our fault." By this time I said "Well what do I get if its your fault for sending faulty equipment." They had no rply and send out a tech. He shows up boasting how he has a paper saying he knows how to network computers. I'm like thats great but its the modem thats bad. So he spends 3 hours and goes to mess on my computer (No one touches my computer unless I say ok, I have stuff on there that people should play with. Programs and what not.) I tell him to stay off my computer. He said well its the reason why the internet doesnt work. I said how can that be. If you go onto view network computers it doesnt show up and you know why numb nuts. Cause its not even connected. He said oh well I have to look anyways. I called his boss and have him call him to tell him not to do anything and just give me the modem. I swear tech support can be great or crappy depending on who you get. But most of the time you just have to take the punches as they come and dont get upset.

You might just change your ISP like my friend did. Since not all ISP's are the same. ^^
