Is not everone bothered with the popups ? i am bothered. Is there no way to remove them ?

Do you mean pop-up that come out when you open the web or that come out anytime that you connect the internet.
If it come out when you open the web --- you just have to use pop-up blocker. It's tool for internet explorer. if you use firefox just find add-on tool for it.
If it come out anytime that you connect the internet --- it's some kind of Trojan or something that you get from some site. You have to use some anti-spyware program to remove it.

I think using a pop-up blocker isn't allowed on this site or any other forums. Simply because your not following the ToS.. popups create revenue for this website, its a means of income, your lucky they don't ask you to donate :S Besides that popup only shows once.
I don't want the forums here to shut down because of lack of income I like the staff and the members are really interesting, I feel like I am welcomed and appreciated here as well (:
