Ys1+2 With Eng Patch help!

I downloaded ys eternal via torrent but when I tried to install it the set up stopped before it started naturally the text was in japanese so i couldn't understand what was wrong can someone help me out?

it said that u need an jap os to install it just change ur lang settings to jap or use allcolate to install it

I already have the jap language on my computer that's how I have the 3rd ys game and gadget trial on it, and what's allcolate?
