Considering all the craziness going in with the Wii, I figure its a good time to get some good deals on the now bargain bin priced gamecube games. Does anyone have any recommendations on games to hunt for? Taking any and all suggestions!

Resi Remake and Zero are currently on my list of to get games. I don't really know what other games are available on the GC.

oh it's a little off topic but do all Gamecube games work on the Wii? Or are there only a select few like the PS3 that work?

SSB Melee
Metrid Prime 1 & 2: Echoes
RE 0
RE Remake
RE 2, 3, and Code Veronica, only for the better graphics.
RE 4
Legend of Zelda: The Wind waker
Megaman Anniversary collection
Megaman X Collection
Megaman X: Command Mission
Pokemon Colloseum OR XD: Gale of darkness (Get both if you want)
Sonic adventure 2 battle

The following are best obtained at Gamestop/EB Games/online:

Legend of Zelda Collection
Legend of Zelda: Ocarina of time + Master Quest (Wind Waker's Preorder disc)

Unlike PS3/XBOX 360, all Gamecube games work on the Wii.

Gotcha Force is a great and under appreciated game. Baiten Kaito's and the Resident Evil Remakes are good too.

I really enjoyed F-Zero GX. Really hard unlockables, however.

i concur with Tales of Symphonia
check out Eternal Darkness, it's really cool (kinda like an RE game, but with a good story)
Paper Mario: 1000 Year Door (or something) is a great one too
Super Mario Sunshine (if you haven't played it, it's worth a try at least)

if you see it (big IF), and have friends with controllers and memory cards (or time where you all can play together)
Phantasy Star Online (Wii can't go online, but 4 person multi player is great fun)
it's majorly addictive and a good game

Killer 7. *needs to get a copy himself*

I also concur with Tales of Symphonia and Super Smash Bros Melee, as well as Paper Mario: The Thousand Year Door and Zelda: Windwaker.

this are the ones that i have and havn't been mentioned:

Prince of persia (all three of them are good, the 2nd one most of all)
X-men legends (who doesn't want to play as wolverine? it's like a fighting RPG)
Viewtiful Joe (old school platforms...and hard as hell)
Metal gear Solid: Twin Snakes (excellent remake of the first MG for PS)
Ikaruga (old school shooter w/3D graphics, if you like this kinda games yuo'll love this one)
One Piece: Grand Adventure (If you like fighting games and One Piece this is a must)
Gun (I don't like first person shooters so much but this one caught my eye, although it's a bit short)
Fire Emblem: Path of Radiance (IT'S A FIRE EMBLEM, doesn't need more presentation)

TMNT 1,2 & 3 (only if you're fan like me)

Speciall mention on my part:
Eternal Darkness (survival horror ... ... or survival madness?)
Tales of symphonia (RPG)
Killer 7 (?????? too damn crazy to classify it)
Baitan Kaitos (RPG w/new fighting style and great story)
Geist (as said by meath "kinda short but really fun")
Luigi's mansion (... ... ... sorry bad joke)

see you all
