Ok recently, I've seen so many new members just spamming to get their 30 post limit to access the sections they can't access it. Well I've warned before no spamming and people been doing it for over a month now.
example, I've seen people posting replies like these "Thanks.... , wooooo, ya thanks a lot " etc..

Threads to reply to should be there first yes to thank the uploader but also to talk about that thread, if you have info about that game, movie etc.. any update? Post them, not a post made of 2-3 word and move on. That is spamming. Now you wanted to spam, there is a section called E/N " Everything or nothing" U can spam there " [Only registered and activated users can see links]

So here is the deal. You want to become a dedicate member, upload something so you can earn your reputation points, so that you can access the restricted sections.

Or whichever you like but I don't recommend imageshak as they block hot link and they show this yellow from.
Describtion "What is this thread about"
small detail like how long is this movie or how big is this game etc..
Finaly the download links.[Only registered and activated users can see links] Here is a simple example that a member is using, he spends the time to post like that so others enjoy reading the thread more and don't have to ask questions because everything is about the thread is mentioned there. Most good members do like that.

well, you can't! Why ?
Well first you need to rep 3 ppl and wait 24 hours till you can rep the next person again!
I've disable reputation in normal sections like the chat or the spamming section. So basically if you need reps , you need to use any of the download areas to upload something in order to receive reps.
Or the graphic section if you enjoy making signature or joining the sotw "signature of the week" But other sections, the reputation is disable in them, meaning reputation counts 0 points in these sections even if you rep someone, it will show rep but the points of reputation is worth 0 point.[Only registered and activated users can see links] How to get reps?

1- Either upload something in any of the download section. The uploading thread of yours must be in the correct section.

2- Or you can use this section for random uploads. Hentai, Anime whichever but no Pornography. Read the sticky before posting [Only registered and activated users can see links]

3- Or Help people in the request section to gain your reputation. [Only registered and activated users can see links]

I usually doesn't have anything to say much. And I only say "Thanks" to some upload thread that I like and I never use it to spamming. Guess I can't just say "Thanks" anymore :(

but I don't think it should be a problem saying just Thanks.. cuz its showing appreciation.. theres no other way unless u want to write a whole paragraph of how much u liked the upload and why u chose to download it... I just think saying thanks and + karma is enough. nothing else should be added... cuz its simple straight forward and clear.

I'm guessing U HAVE to earn rep inorder to access that section now. I'm sorry to say but this actually may create more problems. because some users may be desperate enough to make 20 accounts just to rep 1 inorder to get into that... and other peopel will try to find their way around it..I mean comon 30 posts was something that many people did do inorder to get into that section. it will be just a circle of problems. ending up where u were in the beginning. >_>

I'm sorri, but I'm more of a consumer so i would probably do anything to get something good. i'm not much of a supplier so i guess i can't access that section no more.. Gotta find a new Source >_> atleast I still got anime =)

Just out of curiosity, and this may have already been asked/answered, but do your no-spamming rules apply to the DL threads that require a reply in order to reach the links? Because if so, it's a bit of a stretch to require people to come up with an informed and compelling response when all they really want is to download something. Plus, most of those threads already have like 5+ pages of "Thank you!" responses.

P.S. I am not deleted no ones post nor anything. I've just restricted so these spammers , and they know who they are, could at least show a little appreciation, if they want something, they have to earn it the right way.

I understand the decision and agree with it (but this limits our form to show gratitude), maybe a little solution is to have a check box to let the user to mark it when the message is irrelevant :) (and do not increase the posts of the user)

ps: the reputation thing is a great idea, but I'm not sure about the success rate of the system, usually people forget to vote, hope I'm wrong this time

I'm torn. I believe every post I made has thought put into it (I'm not fond of one liners myself) but while I posted constructive comments, I did so over the course of a day, with the intent of getting an avatar and accessing other areas. My point being, is it wrong to do it for the obvious reason, despite the fact that I'm technically not spamming?

In any case, thanks for providing a wonderful free forum. I frankly wish other forums I browse had the RPG implemented and such, it's quite fun to use ^_^

Oh and I recommend everyone tries the "element blue" skin. It's easy on the eye <3

This decision doesn't limit anyone, most of the forum is free. Only the HQ section isn't , I mean there must be some kind of give and take at certain point but the overall I think is really good concerning everything else is free and high quality. I don't think this is a big issue. Just like the rule says, you have to earn what you want.

So if you want to earn something extra , then try to go for it. And 10 points for reputation isn't bad, it is required 20 rep points to access those section. Any new member stars with 10 points as a default reputation. So really all you need is 2-3 uploading thread to get the extra 10 points = 20 rep point. Not that hard to do.

And to tell you the truth , that helps with limiting the bandwidth limit a little and reaching max queries . Which this forum suffers from it a lot. Some time you wonder why we get data base error ? That is because many users are browsing many sections. And I can't afford an expensive server right now. So I mean i had to do something to satisfy everyone.
