Tsukihime, Fate Stay Night, Y's series (only two series being translated as far as I know), Romance of Three Kingdom X (translated menu only).

Well as far as visual novel games go you can always use this:

This is probably old news but the PSX version of Tales of Phantasia has been translated. You can find it at Romhacking.net. I've played the patch for a bit and it's pretty good. Though...I heard they moved the location of a few items in the game making you have to take more trips into the Moria Gallery.
