Things like these are stupid... one second the country doesn't care, they stick the girl in and shes repeatedly raped for a month+.
Then when she tells her story the country is like: "Oh My we'll just prosecute the person/persons that made the mistake and we'll look embarrassed and angered at the whole thing".

Think about it tho, its Brazil and Brazil is serious fucking business. They shoot you for running from the police..

A) Wouldn't stop.

Very true. Organization and order is a much harder here, but I was surprise that they officers decided to put the girl with a bunch of mens in jail, even they know that's a no no.

United nations or someone needs to step into these countries.

There's lots of politics involved for the UN to intercept a matter such as this, while this is a world shocking news, raping cases pop out everywhere, and not every single one of them can be solved.
