How the hell do i upload pick's

Well some time ago i head this issue with uploading a pick from my computer to my post :damn: anyway i wanted to ask the wise people of the forum how the F%&@# :p!ssed: (sorry for my lengueg well atlist i censored the word :smoker:) do i upload a pick to a post i was given advice by some reply's but i what the full guid from you (the wise people of the Forum :monk:)

upload to a website such as imageshack.us or photobucket.com
i like to upload mine to photobucket, as i can easily find it again ^^

onece you have the image link, to post it put it in tags like [img ] img url [/img ]
