I heard some people just left in the middle of the movie because it was all just romance.

They took a lot of the suspense away when you already knew from the beginning that the suit was alive. And it had to much romance. And the New Goblin thing sucked. And Venom sucked.

The only good thing about this (like in the other 2 Spidey movies) were the effects and that Stan Lee was in it. I would say.... 4 out of 10, but it was better than the second one.

Yeah, way too much emo. I dont know how they thought the part where he was winking and pointing at girls was great footage for a action movie.

Facts:

Sandman actually killed his uncle- They could have made an entire movie out of that plot.

The fight with his best friend - They could have made an entire movie out of that plot. (IMO his death was poorly done :1: )

Venom - They could have easliy made a entire movie on that idea!

My over all thoughts were---They were trying to tell too many stories. Think about it.

I agree that the third movie tried to hard to fit all of these in just 3 hours (should have been at least 9 hours). Also I wanted the girl to die in the third movie (Mary somthing), it would have taught Peter a lesson. That being greedy for power will always backfire in the end.

You know...I actually hated it (and I LOVE spidy), moreover it was dubbed (to Spanish) which made the entire thing look even crappyer that it actually was (as if it wasn't crappy enough)

I reckon every spiderman they make gets worse and worse when a new one comes out because the 3rd one wasnt very good.

that was the problem, they tried to fit 3 movies all into 1. 3 enemies? retarded. it was too compressed and too much story, along with the whole emo phase killed it. then it was a 2 on 2 fight in the end? wtf? i don't remember that happening. kinda like x-men 3 imo, too much story too fast

This movie should be called the Hemo-man not the spider-man...

I actually liked Spider-Man 3. Venom certainly did still the limelight, however. Hope that isn't the end of him in the movies.. perhaps a spin-off would be good.

i don't watch movies a lot, so i actually enjoyed this one

i didn't mind "emo" peter actually, and even though i agree there should have been more venom i thought he was cool enough

The spider man series kinda disappointed me. They needed a more interesting story behind it. I want a movie where the good guys actually lose, not where the good guys always win. When trumpets fall, as old as it is, was a good movie because it presented a different perspective. The good guys lost in it

I thought it was pretty good, if you limit your expectations to, as my friend puts it, "Superheroic kick-@$$".

What really bugged me was the way they rewrote his uncles death scene 2 or three times in this movie alone!!! (sandman killed uncle for getaway car; sandman tried to steal uncles car, uncle grab SM's gun and is accidentally shot in the ensuing struggle, one other change I can't remember)

Topher Grace as venom and Peter Parker = Fonzie ruined this movie for me...

I really think they're making Peter a little too "emo." I mean, he's spiderman, he's not a complete pussy.

I wish they'd give him more banter with the villains.

This movie is garbage, well i guess the fight scenes were pretty good but thats about it

But what really did this movie in for me was when he was wearing the dark spiderman suit and dancing and thinking he's a pimp or something

I really think the writers were on something when they made this movie

spiderman 3 was ok... wrapped things up pretty nicely, with harry and peter teamin up to face off venom and sandman. I mean, its a family movie... themes like frenship tie in nicely

It totally sucked in my eyes, just like the first two. Toby mcguire cant cut it. He is not witty enough to play spiderman. Far too emo, none too funny.

Yuck. What a load of poo.
No offence to anybody who likes it, we all have our own tastes but...
It really was terrible Imo.
I mean, what's with the storyline in this movie?? I thought the second was bad enough.
Bleh. I still hate it.

The main problem with Spiderman 3 was that there were too many villains and none of them were well-characterized. Harry was just in there to die at the beginning. Sandman was cool SFX and little else. Venom is a cool concept and near to watch, but its backstory is incomprehensible, even by comic book standards.
