[MegaUpload] File is Temp Unavailable [Read HERE before asking for re-upload]

I've heard people complaining and asking for re-uploads when the
Megaupload links give a "File is Temp Unavailable" Message.

Note #1: There is no need to re-upload because it's still there.
Note #2: The reason for the "File is Temp Unavailable" message, is because
the server that host's that file, is currently down, but will be back up later.
Note #3: For the MegaUpload servers to get back up, takes them round
5 seconds to 72 hours.

So pretty much when you get a "File is Temp Unavailable" Message when
trying to download something from MegaUpload, please don't ask for a
re-upload, because it is not needed.

If that message is given, then it's gone, and if possible then u could ask for a re-upload.

If it said "File is Temp Unavailable" then u wouldn't need to.

Yea I havent gotten that message but i would rather get it than not available

I've ran into it a couple times. 72 hours, I would say that's about right. Though there is this one particular file that's taking quite a while. 4 days, and still counting. Maybe it's just this file though. Usually, it only takes a day.

well, Most of the time they only take a max of 72 hours, but there is probably rare cases where it's longer, well anyhow, they will return when they do, so if it says "File is Temp Unavailable", it's best just to wait it out untill it come back so check now and then ^.^

If the link is Temp Unavailable for too long, it also a sign of inactive and expire.

it does sometimes happen when a file gets a temporary unavailable message that the file will be deleted afterwards, happened with some files I downloaded...

first couldn't download them because they gave a temporary unavailable message, so wanted to downloaded them on a later time, but when I did some of those files got deleted...

that's because the file was under a "File is Temp Unavailable" file check.
That's when MEgaupload stops random servers to check out files on it, to make sure the files are alright and follow the terms/service.
If they were removes, it's either they failed the file check, or it somehow got corrupted in the check.

I remember a file which was unavailable for 6 days and then got deleted. Never been able to upload to MU though it stops at 7x% and doesn`t continue.
