The mood thing I think you can do right now if you can't
then you are just going to have to rank up (just check where your log in info is on the top right corner

and as for the sig you can do now go to the user CP(on the top left corner) and look at the options and you should find something that says edit signature or something like that then from there you can put your sig

When you put the image you had two [Only registered and activated users can see links]'s that's why it messed up just do it again and when you open the picture icon again make sure it is all blank then add the address.
