Three boys, ages 8 and 9, have been charged with raping an 11-year-old girl, officials said. The father of one of the boys told The Associated Press no force was used and that the girl "didn't want to get in trouble with her parents." But the Acworth, Georgia, police chief said children that young cannot legally consent to sex, "so we have to go with the charges."

I have to wonder if it was actually rape. There is a lot of consensual threesomes (2 guys 1 girl) that are going on in my area among kids between the ages of 10 and 16. Won't be surprise since in Japan , this stuff is an "old school" issue , and up until now it's still common around there. What is worst is that "rape" never seems to exist anymore in Japan (ever heard of a rape case there ? personally for me i had never ever heard any in my whole entire life - and correct me if i'm wrong about this) you could even see it on their culture , go simply in any otaku fest or otaku shops and you can easily see any sort of hentai (ranging from pics to figurines , even ads and commercials) and they even sponsored some "nude/sex" theme gaming shows (this really surprise me ... and excite me also ^^"") that i often see at some late night channels. And right now , this is Japan for you if you're still unaware of this.
