It's an OVA. However my understanding is that it'll be more than 2 episodes, the next one not being due for release for another few months

like boxspring said its only an OVA but i think there is a game or manga bzw. hentai doujin about kissxsis but im not 100% sure

It was announced in June 2008 that an animated adaptation of the manga series would be produced.[3] An original video animation episode produced by the studio Feel and directed by Munenori Nawa was bundled with the third manga volume released on December 22, 2008 as "episode #0".[1] Another OVA episode, "episode #1", was bundled with the fourth manga volume released on May 22, 2009.[4] Another episode is scheduled for release on November 20, 2009.

the anime is a disapointment by my opinion because the voices(japanese) suck really badly they dont suit the caracters at all
the manga on the other hand is soooo sweet
