Help me pliss With Applocale..

i dont know how to use this program...its said..go to start menu ---> all program ---> Microsoft applocale ---> Applocale >> launch application --> choose application that needed to launch --->> Choose a language --> i want to set in to japanese...and the option for japanese language its not appear..its appear like symbol all in "Square symbol"..so i cant run it in a japanese language..can u help me with this problem...anyone please...because my windows not legal..:monk:
