So I just finished watching Samurai Champloo

And it was one of the best animes I've seen in a long time. It's quite refreshing to see an anime that actually engages you in the emotions of the characters, and it's always a treat to see the blatant homosexuality between Jin and Mugen :3. What'd you all think of it?

A good portion of it is during the hot springs scene.

And yeah, it made me cry too. I want to watch it again :o. I even liked the zombie episode :p

Yeah it was one of my most favorite series.
Its also probably the most watched and borrowed by my friends who aren't into anime but this seems to attract them anyway.
Favorite episode is "Bogus Booty"
Its the one where Jin finds the bag of coins and Mugen ends up kicking everyones ass for some nookie, provided by Yatsuha (Mugen's future wife?)

A very good anime, musics chosen for it are atypics but sound well with Mugen. It remind me the anime Burst angel in this style.

I loved it but the ending was kind of disheartening to see everyone go their own ways.

Maybe there are some hot scenes, but I cried at the ending of this anime. Some sacrifice, wonderful sacrifice! If people don't have heart, they may think that this anime is so boring. I don't think so. :D
