I don't like those square thingys affect her hair and her hands...T.T her hand looks weird to me
anyways it looks good^^ and maybe better if you could remove those Square thingy abit more

Not to sound dis-respectful to the other contestants. But, Butterfly...your signature seems to be the only major challenge. A very nice set of colors formed with a soft feeling next to that sword.

My only criticism is the text. It doesn't look right.
Overall though, its very good. :3
I didn't really liked the pattern thats overlay ontop of it, also very dark.

so i haven't been making any wallpapers lately and i really needed a new wallpaper for my comp so i decided to work on one. came across a nice pic from deathnote of misa and light i like so here's the newest wallpaper. ^^ as always C&C always welcomed please ^-^

You seem to really love that tile filter or whatever it's called, might want to try and steer away from that or ease up on it some.

I love image shack frog, well no i actually hate it!!!! (i mean the frog)
Nice wallpaper, still i would love to see it whit out having to click on the frog.

I like the first one you posted without the tiles the best out of all three i've seen.
Simple and nice text. Good job.

You could also decrease the size of the tile background, keep it around the characters only.

That's a pretty darn good Wallpaper, I have nothing but awe for it.
All the effects, Brushes, Interface techniques, even the blending goes together pretty well.

so been wrking on the elfen lied banner and would like to know your opinions on what you thought, and thoughts on improvements and such.

look pretty good, but the color scheme seems wrong for elfen lied.
maybe ditch the gridwork over the main image.
i realize thats the color scheme for the skin, but maybe its time to adjust that as well.

Lmao, looks like there's something that people missed about this one. The fact that the image is not whole, rather there's 3 parts of it.
I'd say it could be used as a Header for a Webpage?
You should've Bevelled the inside of that main pic of Lucy so it looks like an actual TV Screen or sumthin'....
And Marchosias, I don't think that it's wrong to use with Elfen Lied. Because if she didn't specified that the theme is Elfen Lied, you wouldn't have noticed that and would've complimented her for it w/o realizing it.
Anyhoo, it's great. Another awesome job by Butterfly. Kudos.

if she hadn't said it was for the elfen lied theme then i would have just told her to change the color outright. its does not match the tone and style of the show. the only reason i would stay with it is that it is for the elfen lied theme.
and yes. its supposed to be in three parts, its meant to be used as a page banner heh.

not much for that choice of color but then again elfien lied fav color is red:exhausted2:
i like the grid layer but should either take it off of the character or lessen the effect because it rather deflects the focal point

Beautiful! I love it!
One thing I must complain about though. The whole flow of the signature is shown with an excellent form of cadence...but then...you come to the that dull white border...bah...to bland and out of the flow...

Been a while since I last posted in Niho, been busy like crazy. Haven't even made any Gfx lately as well.
Anyhoo, it's good. Just watch out for Brushes that Overlaps each other, sometimes their ends and corners becomes visible and it becomes an eye sore. But that's only for the very observative people. =P

ok..so i haven't updated my freeweb layout in forever and i finally want to revive it from the dead and add more stuff to it...and i thought best way for that is for a new layout...started working on this but i just feel like it's not yet complete...like its missing something...soo... C&C please ^-^

nicely done - love the aged-tape effect.
You might've put your name more on the image itself to avoid theft, and the pompom looks kinda oddly merged with the characters' right hand (the one on the left side of the sig) though. Still, a pretty solid piece of work!
