Add links to the gallery, NM-Tube etc. to the Special Features subforum section
I've found out recently that upon mentioning the gallery to other members, few of them know what I'm talking about - apparently few people actually read the announcements or even look at the nav/subnav bars, so to encourage them to take advantage and/or contribute to the rest of our features we should put links in the main forum alongside the RPG and Browse*Niho sections.
