We've got another user now with the same issue, so I'm going to investigate and see what else can be done.

What it sounds like is that you're missing or losing a cookie from the site, or something like that, though why it would only affect the usercp I'm not sure...

You say you've cleared the cache and cookies, restarted the brower and the computer; here are a couple other things you could try:

1) use a different browser to see if it happens for you in both IE and firefox
2) try resetting (not restarting) your browser - in IE this is done by going to Tools>Internet Options>Advanced>Reset (Restore Advanced Settings will do some, but not all of the resets) while in FF it's actually easier to just go through your start menu and choose 'firefox (safe mode)' from the mozilla folder.

Let me know if either of those get you any results.

This needs to be applied, but i haven't had time to do these style edits.
It is a style specific problem caused by missing security tokens. I will do the changes when i can.

You need to tell me which skin you see this problem and where do you see it exactly.
Make a list of it.

does that patch still apply in v3.7 though? it's pretty old and these problems seem pretty recent

not a patch, custom skin needs to be edited, that is all it needs to be added

Added hidden securitytoken value.
