so, will Nihonomaru be accessible whenever the new layout is being applied? or is it gonna be down?

Homepage yes but the forum skin not yet x[ i hope it gets done but tomorrow but it might take few more days to finish it, it was hard to implant, not to mention we are working on new logo etc.. these things needs patience.

any upgrade nm will need to close the forum for few min

second...have you considered a lo-fi version for those who had dail up connection?
