so there would be mods i think, i don't know if everyone would get access to the gallery or not at least not the one with less then 30 posts. I don't want to kill the server i am on.
The thing is i am really picky and i like every thing on nm to be quality contents.
I will post rules when i buy it, it should be here in two weeks if everything went alright =]

I think you should allow Hentai!

2mb would be good for gifs, if not gifs would almost be impossible. But again, we don't want to hurt the server here or anything.

HF has a gallery thing at their place. Here's gallery sections they have just to share ideas and whatnot. Question mark ones I don't really get ... lol.

If you ask me delta anime (or torrent call it as you like) has better system in pic hosting.
