Hentai Moderator Applications

Well since aki is really busy with his college etc.. I need an extra hentai mod, i see a lot of people making threads to request stuff and they shouldn't request hentai in the download section, so a lot of work. i don't know why wouldn't they read the stickies before posting. And i am so picky when it comes to my forum, i really don't like things to be messy. That is why many people count NM as one of the very good forums because they are well organized and made. Anyways, I need a Hentai Mod

Quality:

1- Must be active.

2- what happens in the staff area, must stay in there, even if you notice something wrong, stay neutral and act as an adult. Complete honesty.

3- Be fair, and treat everyone equally ; males and females.

What am I going to do?

1- Well if people post thread with plain links, completely delete those, I count them as spamming, don't even warn them because i have made stickies about deleting any thread that contain plain links. So they need to read before posting. A thread must contain, title, screen shot, description and finally the links. ( Moving threads to the right sections )

2- If you are one of these big uploaders, and you became a mod, don't be lazy and stop uploading or sharing, the reason why i might choose you is because you were a good active member. Because i have seen a lot of people once they gain a mod position, they stop sharing contents and they become lazy or overwhelmed by the mod power that they gain.

3- Be genuine, fair and nice and in the mean team not that easy, sometimes you have to be a little rough so people would learn and respect you more ( meaning don't be naive, completely nice with people who does mistakes)


So you can post here and I will decide who might be the hentai mod, i might make a poll because i have seen couple of good hentai mods, and i don't know which one i would choose because they are all good.

I'm just curious. Does a mod need to be online almost 24 hours? I can't imagine someone being a mod and attending school or having a job at the same time. oO How does this work?

I don't think someone can be 24/h haha, but by being active let say , elderkain is an example, he is active.

Hey i'll take the job. I dont have anything else better to do so hell if you want ill do it. I may not be on all the time but i'll be on most time. And I may be new but hey I know how to be a mod and I am a very nice person and I love Hentai.
