I went through quite a bit of a debate in my head between kasumigirl and lel. I ended up choosing lel because I felt the effort was their, the creativeness towards the sotw subject was the best I've seen. And although kasumigirl's is amazing I debated whether I thought it was amazing because of the entirety of the signature or if it was just the art of the girl that attracted my eye. So yeah thats my reason.

I'm going to have to go with KasumiGirl. The way that all the effects in the sig just flow together is exquisite. It looks simple and elegant. It may just be the girl that caught my eye like Evil said, but in the end i had to go with the one that really popped out at me. Great job KasumiGirl.
