my votes for Hikari117

the sig has a great depth and feel to it, its has great shadowing, the sig is blended well with a warmer feel thanks to the orange, also i like the BG, exactly how i picture a Halloween Scene with the dark starry night, and of course the tree branch

This week it was hard to pick a winner...
I vote for vanesinger (12) because
[1] Very creative... looks different that every other competitor
[2] Elegant... despite being relatively simple compared to some, it is beutiful
[3] The rough paper edge made it really unique

Hmm... I like these three; Sempai-kun, Hikari, and Vanesinger.
I do like how Sempai was against the grain and how he didn't pick a cute girl and went with a dark theme instead.
Hikari was probably the most balanced, it has a cute girl and it has a quite of bit of "evenness" throughout the whole thing.
Vanesinger was really good, but it is a little bright and hurts my old eyes.

To put it in a ranking system.
1. Hikari
2. Sempai-kun
3. Vanesinger

i vote for hikari because i like the bg and the effects she used also the blending is very good and the colors fit together

i vote for VAN... it's original... it really represents the theme... and it was really well done, especially considering it's pretty much all vector.... the colors are a bit to bright for me though, but none the less really nice...
